A totally dominant in the first half, Jude opened the scoring with a long range angled shot. Kirwin scores twice, one of which came at the end of an amazing run by Glen from his own box. Half time 3-0.

Right at the start of the second half, the long diagonal by Jude worked a treat as Ellis brought the ball down, beat a couple of defenders and slotted home. Kirwin completed his hat trick after a sweeping move. Currie managed to spring the offside trap a couple of times to pull a couple of goals back. The boys pressed on and got another couple before Edward scored from a tight angle after a jinking run from left back.

Sorry for the lack of detail in the report, I’ve lost track of the 6th and 7th goalscorers 😬. A fantastic performance by everyone today, worked hard and used space to great effect. Even when Currie were looking like breaking in on goal the defenders were fighting hard to win the ball back.

Man of the match was Jude. A showing of leadership from the back which drove the team on and he also chipped in with a great goal and clinical assists.
